Sheldon Moss
Sheldon Moss joined Taiyo, Nakajima & Kato as a U.S. Patent Attorney in 2002. He provides patent prosecution services and opinions of counsel involving issues of non-infringement and invalidity. His practice is mainly in the areas of: chemistry, printing, imaging, polymers, photochemistry, packaging, xerography, paper technology, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive tires and parts, and general mechanical devices. While in graduate school, he was a guest researcher for three months in 2001 at RIKEN (Rikagaku Kenkyuujo) in Wako-shi, Japan where he performed a portion of his thesis research.
Since 2009, Mr. Moss has been the owner and operator of Solaris Intellectual Property Group, PLLC, an Alexandria, Virginia law firm that exists for the limited purpose of assisting clients with obtaining patents in the USPTO.
